In 2019, Gear Up will be held on November 7th from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM in the Grandstand Building at the Stampede Grounds

Youth ages 12 to 24 who attend will have access to:

  • Support from many of Calgary's youth & health serving agencies

  • Dental screening

  • Eye screening

  • Smudging

  • Hygiene items

  • Winter gear

  • Advice from a lawyer

  • Gently used clothing

  • Fun activities

  • Calgary Public Library membership

  • Community resources

  • Flu shots

  • Self-care activities

  • Hair cut

  • Health & medical services

  • Harm reduction supplies

  • Naloxone kits

  • Employment services

  • Education services
